These terms apply to purchases and use of the Grant Growth Google Ad Grants course.

Product and price
Grant Growth is an online educational course about Google Ad Grants. The advertised price is €149 as a one-time payment for lifetime access to the purchased course version and subsequent updates made available through the same course account. Any taxes that must be charged are shown at checkout where applicable.
Access
Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the course and included materials for your own professional or organisational learning. You may not resell, republish, systematically copy or redistribute the paid course content.
Digital content and cancellation rights
If mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal or cancellation right, that right is not excluded by these terms. Where the law permits immediate delivery of digital content to affect a withdrawal right, Grant Growth will rely on that only when the required express request, consent and acknowledgement have been collected during purchase. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds and access problems
If you have a duplicate charge, cannot access a paid course, or believe the service materially differs from what was sold, contact hello@adgrantgrowth.com. Refund requests are assessed in accordance with applicable law and any refund commitment shown at checkout. A refund or payment reversal may result in course access being withdrawn.
Educational scope
Grant Growth provides independent training and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Ads features, interfaces and policies change. The course distinguishes published requirements, current platform behaviour, working recommendations and experiments, but it cannot guarantee grant approval, advertising delivery, use of the full grant allowance, fundraising results or any particular performance outcome.
Availability and changes
Reasonable changes may be made to the course, website and supporting materials to keep them accurate, secure and useful. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, hosting, authentication or payment-provider issues.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to mandatory law, Grant Growth is not responsible for indirect business losses, decisions made solely on the basis of course material, or changes made by Google or other third-party services outside Grant Growth's control.
